If you place a shipping order with us, your tokyobike will arrive at your doorstep boxed and fully assembled,
including any additional accessories you have ordered.
All you need to do once you have received the bike is to check the tyre pressure and adjust the saddle position until it is most comfortable for you.
A small, comprehensive booklet is included with your order to provide you with basic instructions.

Step 2: Select your Colour:
Each model has its unique range of colours. Please check the colours available in your favorite models (BISOU, CS, SPORT, SS ).
Step 3: Find out your Size depending on your height:
Bisou
450 mm (S/M) 5'-0" to 5'-4" (150 - 160cm)
500 mm (M/L) 5'-2" to 6'-0" (155 - 175cm)
CS / Sport / SS
470 mm (S) 5'-0" to 5'-6" (150-165cm)
530 mm (M) 5'-4" to 6'-0" (160-175cm)
570 mm (L) 5'-8" to 6'-2" (170-180cm)
610 mm (XL) 6'-1" to 6'-6" (180-190cm)

Delivery lead time and freight cost:
Generally, we organise orders to be shipped out every Friday.
If a Friday happens to fall on a public holiday, the shipment will happen on the Friday after.
